Metgasco has announced the resignation of one of its Non-Executive Directors, effective 31 July 2017.
Mr Terry White has been a director since February 2016, and was an active participant in the New Business and Investment Committee.
The Board at Metgasco said they valued Mr White’s commitment to their continued success during a period of transition.
Metgasco Chairman, Alexander Lang, said, “Terry is a very dedicated independent director. His industry experience and his technical analysis has been very valuable to the Company.
“We thank Terry and wish him well in his other activities.”
